check-ins, health summaries, and caregiver resources. We do not provide medical advice or
replace licensed healthcare professionals.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using it, you represent that you have the
legal authority to enter into this agreement.
User Responsibilities
● Provide accurate information.
● Keep login credentials secure.
● Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
● Do not misuse the AI assistant (e.g., spamming, harassing, or illegal activity).
Care & Health Disclaimer
Golden Connections is a support tool, not a medical device. AI-generated reports and reminders
are for informational purposes only. Always consult qualified professionals for medical, legal, or
emergency decisions.
Subscriptions & Payments
If you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay the fees disclosed at the time of purchase. We
may change pricing with prior notice. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software belong to Golden Connections or its licensors. You
may not copy, distribute, or modify them.
Data & Privacy
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. By
using the Platform, you consent to our collection, storage, and processing of your data, including
voice data generated during AI phone calls, as described in those documents.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the
Platform at any time.
Limitation of Liability
Golden Connections is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total
liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA (or insert your state of
incorporation).
