Founded in October 2023, Golden Connections began with a major milestone at The College of New Jersey’s Mayo Business Plan Competition, where we took first place. Since then, we have built invaluable connections with advisors, mentors, professors, and industry experts who have guided us through the startup journey—from building an idea from scratch to refining our vision. Beyond the competition, we have continued to expand our network, engaging with our judges, supporters, and others interested in our mission through social media and word of mouth. This early support, including our first round of funding, has been essential in getting us to where we are today.
